ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is a UK based globally recognized professional qualification for a career in finance, accounting and management. ACCA was founded in 1904. It is a global professional body, it is recognized by 181 countries across the world, including India. ACCA has over 8500 approved employers.

 

Dayananda Sagar University's B.Com. with ACCA specialization is an internationally recognized accounting degree from the UK. Students who enroll in the B. Com with the ACCA program are able to receive an exemption from the six ACCA papers. Students can earn a B.Com degree and the ACCA Professional qualification simultaneously because the curriculum is already integrated into the B.Com course.

Examination Information


 

Students are required to write papers in any order. Each paper is of 100 marks, which is a combination of multiple-choice and essay-type questions. Students require a minimum of 51% in each paper to clear the exams; ACCA exams can be taken up in Pro metric centers across major Indian cities. The ACCA exams may be taken in any of the four testing windows each year - (i)March, (ii) June (iii) September. iv) December.
